Pojďte udělat něco pro sebe a své fyzické a duševní zdraví. V rámci iniciativy Global Wellness Day nabízíme hodinovou lekci jógy na netradičním místě: na terase 7. patra Fóra Karlín. Těšit se na vás bude lektorka Alex Gal.

Lekce se koná ve středu 7. června od 12:00 do 13:00 na terase Havas Prague a je zcela zdarma, pro registrované účastníky budeme mít nachystané drobné občerstvení a nápoje. Nezapomeňte sportovní oblečení a svou jógamatku.

Come do something for yourself and your physical and mental health. As part of the Global Wellness Day initiative, we are offering a one-hour yoga lesson in an unconventional location: on the terrace of the 7th floor of Forum Karlín. Alex Gal is looking forward to meeting you.

The lesson will take place on Wednesday 7 June from 12:00 to 13:00 on the 7th floor of Forum Karlín on the terrace of Havas Prague and is completely free of charge, we will have small snacks and refreshments prepared for registered participants. Don’t forget your sportswear and your yoga mat.
